SUITS (K-drama 2018)

The drama is based on the American television series of the same name by Aaron Korsh. Choi Kang Suk is a legendary lawyer at the top law firm in South Korea. He has charisma and an attractive appearance. He hires Go Yeon Woo as a rookie lawyer for the law firm, even if he doesn’t have a college degree. Go Yeon Woo has an excellent photographic memory.

I haven’t seen the American series of this drama so I don’t have to match the characters with their American counterparts.  The good part is, the remake tastes the same flavor as Kdrama though they said the story isn’t too far from the original.

Honestly, I am not into “law series drama”, but I was kinda like it. I can say that Suits shows really a good battle of words and strategy that comes along the survival of what is right and wrong.  It is indeed hard to be a lawyer, much more to become a righteous one.

Throughout the episodes, they keep a balance between issues with a different theme to be solved and character development. Chemistry wise among the Main Cast is totally catchy. They play out individually but as one and made their character into their own.  And of course, the rest of the cast was also fun to watch, I didn’t find any dull moment as they blended with each other quietly.

Suits offer you an interesting plot, good cast, well-developed story, heartwarming romance, and the beauty of justice and loyalty.

Verdict: 9/10
