List of K-dramas I said Goodbye

I’ve been selective lately to K-drama shows. Unlike before, I tend to finish the whole episode either I liked it or not. At this time, I’m looking for some unique and compelling story, and of course, the cast that I would love to see.

For a change, here’s the list of dramas I dropped beginning this year. Please note, it’s not my intention to sway your interest.

The World of the Married (2020)

The world of the married is the highest-rated drama in Korean cable television history. Indeed, based on the rating, award (best actress), and popularity, this one is quite notable. But why I dropped after five episodes? I just realized the story about betrayals, infidelity, and revenge didn’t sprinkle any interest to me at the time of lockdown, it’s too much to bear.

When My Love Blooms (2020)

I admit I was drawn into this drama from episode 1 to 11. But the gloomy and pitiful characters made me lose my interest. It seems nothing good is going to happen in the story. Since there are only five episodes left, I will wait and watch only the last finale, for a little closure.

Memorist (2020)

I was torn to watch this drama over Tell me what you saw since they have the same genre of thriller and mystery. Since I like Jang Hyuk more, I bid my goodbye to this drama after four episodes. Now, I was wondering if I made the right choice.

Rugal (2020)

I love the premise of this drama, seeing Choi Jin-Hyuk in action too is a major plus. But after five episodes, I find the story lame and I just can’t go on. Sorry Oppa Choi, I’ ll wait for your next project.

Born Again (2020)

After two episodes, I gave up and cannot wait for their new journey of reincarnation. Simply because I couldn’t find any chemistry of the leads and I feel like the plot would be messy. Based on the reviews, I think my initial thoughts were correct.

A Piece of Your Mind (2020)

The main cast of this drama is absolutely stunning but I don’t have any interest in cryptic gadgets or whatever. Two episodes are enough for me to realize the story is quite slow and boring.

The Game: Towards Zero (2020)

I’m sorry, I just couldn’t like Lee Yeon-Hee. Period.

Forest ( 2020)

I like the casting and the scenery of nature in this drama, but not enough to feel the excitement. I couldn’t find myself interested in the next week’s episodes.

My Holo Love (2020)

One of my friends recommended this drama. I tried for two episodes, then eventually dropped it. Instead, I watched Hi Bye Mama. I was trying to see this drama again, but I tend to forget it.
