The Producers (Kdrama-2015)

In the center of Yeouido is the KBS building. On its sixth floor are partitioned offices where employees work in the network’s variety department, keeping hectic schedules of filming, editing, and all-night meetings.

I expected highly of this drama because of the cast, and I feel totally dissatisfied. I have no issue regarding how they portrayed each character because acting-wise, they were all great. The plot is quite refreshing too, but why I couldn’t find the excitement? Some of the episodes kept dragging to boredom. I think it’s not just my cup of tea.  7/10

EXO Next Door (2015)

Ji Yeon-hee (Moon Ga-young) is an extremely shy, introverted 23-year-old woman with zero dating experience and a tendency to blush when talking to someone she likes. One day, four young men move into the house right next door to Yeon-hee’s home, and to her surprise, they turn out to be Chanyeol (Park Chanyeol), D.O. (Do Kyungsoo), Baekhyun (Byun Baekhyun) and Sehun (Oh Sehun) from her favorite boy band Exo, who are looking to lay low for a while.

Honestly, nothing is extraordinary in this drama when it comes to the storyline. It’s mediocre and a fan-girl thing. But If you love EXO, then definitely a must-watch for you. It’s my first time to watch them acting, and they did it well enough. This show has its own charms and predictably it is quite entertaining too. 7.5/10

Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo (2016)

A coming-of-age story about a group of college athletes who are fighting for their dreams, experiencing and finding love in the process, and growing every step of the way.

I enjoyed this drama to the fullest. I feel like I was young again and a great dose of energy poured into my system. It was good to watch characters full of fun, dreams, aspirations, and love. The main leads have perfect chemistry, visually, they look good together. The plot is ordinary, but then, the content as sensible enough and engaging. 9/10
