TAXI DRIVER (K-drama 2021)

Kim Do-gi (Lee Je-hoon) is a Korea Military Academy graduate whose mother was murdered when he was young. He now works as a taxi driver for a company which offers a “revenge-call” service to its clients.

I find taxi driver and his team as a dark hero in this drama. A taxi company which offers a “revenge-call” service to its clients. More than revenge, it tackles social issues that every humanity is facing, where justice system couldn’t abate the pain and anger of the victims.

As a viewer, I feel the satisfaction and would say the revenge has to be done, even so it assesses your morality, can justice be just if it takes place outside the law? On the outs, I enjoyed the show because it has different cases packed with action, style and charm. No boredom moment, flaws are bearable and you will love Lee Je-hoon.

Verdict: 9/10
