FIND YOUR IKIGAI

The grand essentials to happiness in this life are something to do, something to love, and something to hope for.

I don’t have any anxiety about getting old, but I would like to prepare myself gracefully for the adjustments. I am in my early 40’s and I’m seeing changes in my body. While reading this book, I asked myself why I hadn’t taken care of myself while I was young. I was always restless, stressed, lacking a healthy diet, no exercise and so on. It would be nice to live longer with a healthy and happy life.

I recommend this book not only to those who want to live longer and be happier, but also to those who are uncertain about finding themselves in the midst of a fast-paced life. Upon reflection, I realized the purpose of this book is to examine where we stand and how to plan a purposeful life.

Indeed, it is not too late to find our IKAGAI.
